Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For custom-built clubs or specialized sets, please allow up to 10 business days for assembly and processing before shipment.

What is your return policy for golf gear?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that used golf clubs and customized apparel are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturer defect.

Do you offer professional club fitting services?

Currently, we provide online fitting guides to help you choose the right shaft flex and loft. For in-person professional fittings, please visit our flagship store or check our events calendar for local demo days.

Are the products sold on The Golf Venue authentic?
