At The Golf Venue, we want you to be completely satisfied with your equipment and apparel. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit for your game, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our pro shop inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
